This past week, seven of our team members attended Zendesk’s Relate 2018 Conference in San Francisco – and once again we had a wonderful time!
We spent Monday getting to know our fellow Zendesk Partners, learning about exciting upcoming changes and new additions to the Zendesk platform, as well as discovering new ways to work with Zendesk that we hadn’t thought of yet.
729 is also very excited about the announcements made about Sunshine – a new Zendesk CRM, and Sell (formerly Base) – a tool for driving sales. Both of these tools could be great additions to your Zendesk instance if you are struggling to find sales tools that meet your team’s needs.
During the conference we met many new people running a variety of interesting businesses, who all want to improve their Zendesk instance and customer service offerings, or their internal processes. In addition, we were excited to speak with people about custom applications, improving their overall efficiency, and making their reporting more robust.
During the next year we hope to pump up our partnerships with other Zendesk Partners so we can deliver support services and tools to more companies together, and find ways to improve customer’s experiences as a team! In addition, we plan on bringing you more great content through our blog about custom applications and improved reporting within Zendesk.
